Product overview
ミツトヨ's proprietary sensing technology and structural design deliver a compact, high-precision scanning probe developed in‑house. Despite its small size it enables high-accuracy measurement and high-speed control. Independent springs for XY and Z directions and patented sensing technology provide substantially improved durability compared with previous models, helping reduce downtime and running costs.

  • Compact design enabling high-precision measurement and high-speed control. Durability improved by ミツトヨ's proprietary sensing technology (patented) and independent XY/Z spring structure.
  • Supports both design-following scanning (fast scanning using given design values) and autonomous-following scanning (capable of scanning unknown shapes). NonStopScanning allows the probe to continue measurement across grooves and holes, reducing measurement time.
  • One probe body supports a wide range of stylus lengths compared with previous models, lowering acquisition and maintenance costs.
