Description

Overview
The MB-100V is a double-column vertical machining center engineered for high-precision machining of large workpieces while optimizing factory floor footprint. It features a long-stroke table and solutions for multi-sided machining to reduce setup time and operator workload.

Chip management and reliability
The machine ensures effective chip evacuation to prevent buildup and stoppages. Key design elements include vertical surface covers to limit chip accumulation, wide hinge-type in-machine conveyors for smooth discharge, ATC arm and cam box mounted outside the machining chamber to reduce breakdown risk, and an optional crossrail shower cleaning system to sweep chips from workpieces and the table.
