The BF-line of machines has the main features in the motion of the column to perform the cross movement, the movement of the table for the longitudinal while the vertical axis is performed by the milling head carriage. This configuration enabled to achieve the best rigidity on machining combined to the best accuracy on positioning and on machining also with large loads. The assembly of a rotating and tilting head with 5 machining axis allowed to obtain a machine particularly performing and accurate in machining complex parts for the aeronautic and aerospace industry. The BF line features a full 5 axis milling head duly designed for profiling jobs in hard materials (steel, inconel, titanium, etc).
