Description

Overview
Non-contact laser vibrometer front-end and modular core for VibroFlex measurement systems. VibroFlex Connect+ performs FPGA-based signal processing to convert raw Doppler signals into synchronized displacement, velocity and acceleration outputs. The unit supports configurable measurement setups, an optional integrated signal generator and encoder/tacho inputs for run-ups, order and rotational analysis. Control is possible via PC, built-in 7" touchscreen or browser-based WiFi interface.

Highlights
  • Non-contact measurement of vibration from DC to 32 MHz.
  • Synchronous outputs for displacement, velocity and acceleration.
  • Velocity measurement ranges from ±1 mm/s up to ±30 m/s depending on sensor head.
  • Phase-synchronous reference channel and encoder/tacho inputs for order analysis.
  • VibroLink digital interface (Ethernet/WiFi TCP/IP) and optional LVDS for real-time transfer.

Features
  • FPGA-based signal processing: real-time decoding and signal conditioning for low-noise measurement data.
  • Modularity: compatible with multiple VibroFlex sensor heads (Neo, Xtra, Xtra Fiber, Compact, QTec, Range, Fiber).
  • Remote operation: control via VibSoft, web UI or WiFi; HD+ camera support for laser spot positioning to enable safe remote measurements.
  • Signal interfaces: multiple BNC analog outputs (velocity, displacement, acceleration, generator, RSSI, TTL sync), IQ mode and VibroLink for TCP/IP data transfer.
