The runway rubber removal system ARC3000® consists of a tractor with semi-trailer. Highly frequented airports have the problem that they only have very short cleaning time windows for cleaning and therefore need larger machines with higher capacities to remove the rubber on the runways quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. The ARC3000®, with the largest tank capacity of any system available in the world, was originally designed and built for a huge airport in the UAE. One of the requirements was that the system should be able to work continuously for 3.5 hours (210 minutes) at a time. With this system the powerful ultra high pressure pump is driven by a 500 kW auxiliary motor. All other sources are taken from a heavy PTO of the truck (tractor). MAX. WORKING WIDTH 3,000 mm MAX.
