Overview
OSTS Automatic tray return system (ATRS) is designed to transport trays automatically from the end of the conveyor line back to the start of security checkpoints. It increases passenger throughput and smooths checkpoint operations while improving passenger experience. OSTS is a flexible, modular solution configurable in length, width, shape and color to meet checkpoint layouts. An optional UV-C light–based tray disinfection module can be integrated on request.

Integration & Functionality
The system integrates with X-ray baggage control systems. The reject unit separates suspicious items from the main flow to support security screening processes. The modular design enables customization of length, width, shape and color to adapt to different checkpoint configurations and operational requirements.
