The XRHPalette is a universal inspection system for small to medium parts. It contains of a palette conveyor and a multi turn manipulator inside the cabinet. Due to its modular palette design it can be easily tailored towards other inspection tasks or parts. The main focus of this system is Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) for complex positioning, completeness or defect inspection tasks. Due to the precise motors Computed Tomography (CT) can be added on demand if required. The detector and X-ray source can be chosen freely depending on the inspection requirements. Loading and unloading can be done manual or automated with a robotic system.
