Dynali Helicopter Company

Dynali Helicopter Company is a manufacturer of ultralight leisure, utility and autonomous helicopters. The company has taken the market leadership of ultralight helicopters (ULH). Its current best-seller is the two-seater H3 Sport (MTOW 530 kg) known for its agile flight characteristics and low operating costs.

The Helicopters Division is focused on the manufacturing of leisure helicopters. Through the years, the H3 Sport has become the perfect rotorcraft for private owners, flight training and surveillance applications.

Dynali helicopters are mainly manufactured and fully assembled from A to Z in a single production site in Belgium. All mechanical parts are machined and welded in this location.

The Dynali Motors 912 ULS-I-BB is based on a flat-four engine to which Dynali has added its own injection system and an ECU entirely mapped by its engine specialists. Cylinders, pistons and other critical parts are also manufactured by Dynali. As a result, the engine provides 135 HP and is perfectly adapted to the requirements of a helicopter use.

Following assembly, the engine spends 5 hours on a test bed for break-in and checking that all parameters are perfect prior to completion of the airframe and body work.

This stage includes the painting of the fairing in the Dynali paint shop, including a paint mixer and a chromograph which allows the client to specify exactly the colour scheme desired.

Finally, the helicopter is submitted to 5 hours of test flights covering the full flight envelope – then a quick wash and polish and it is ready for delivery to the lucky customer.

It is this integration of the production processes which enables Dynali to quote very short delivery times (between 3 to 6 months).
