FS0200BX Portal Scanner – Backscatter Technology – Fast Drive-Through Inspection – Multi-View – 200 Vehicles/Hour Throughput


Rapid portal inspection system adopting backscatter imaging technology. Irradiates scanned objects with extra-low energy 225 keV X-rays, high-sensitivity detector receiving backscattered radiation to form scan images. Capable of identifying low atomic number contraband (explosives, drugs) concealed in cargoes/vehicles.


Extra-Low Radiation and Multi-View
System uses extremely low radiation dose, allowing driver and passengers to remain safely in vehicle during scan. Available configurations: single view, dual view, or triple view providing more cargo/vehicle information. Adjustable scan tunnel size adapted to various vehicle types: trucks/containers, buses, passenger cars.


Ultra-Fast Operational Throughput
200 18m units per hour throughput. Driver passes through portal at 5-15 km/h, system operates automatically. ≥6 mm steel penetration. Maximum vehicle dimensions: 18 m (L) × 2.6 m (W) × 4.6 m (H). Single operator required (system control/image analyst).


Backscatter Imaging and Organic Material Detection
Backscatter imaging emphasizing low atomic number materials (explosives, drugs) helping analysts identify contraband and dangerous goods concealed in cargoes or vehicles. Material discrimination function highlighting organic materials.


Easy Deployment and Multi-Function Integration
Self-shielded design requiring no civil engineering works. Reduced system footprint, easy deployment. Integration of auxiliary devices: LPR (license plate recognition), CCR (container code recognition), RM (radiation monitor), UVSS (under vehicle surveillance system). Intelligent empty container identification algorithm.
