FPD – 14000 (20ft) pallet dolly is designed to transport pallet, with size of 238.5 "x 96", 125 "x 96", 125 "x 88" and ULD containers PGA, PGE, PGF, PGG, AGA (606 x 244 cm) type in closed areas airport). FPD – 14000 (20ft) pallet dolly size: length – 6820 ÷ 7000mm, width - 2600 ÷ 2700mm. The frame has at least 69 rollers assemblies in 3 rows installed, with each roller diameter - 70 ÷ 100mm. Height from the ground to the working surface level of the rollers: 510 ± 8mm. Rear wheels - non-reversible, 8pcs, paired; front wheels - swivel, 8pcs, paired; gusmatic, type 4.00-8. The parking brake allows to stop the dolly, it can be enacted when the drawbar is raised at an 80 degrees angle. Coupling devices: a tow bar with a spring-loaded finger and a drawbar hinge provide a strong hitching of several FPD – 14000 while moving over uneven surfaces, and high maneuverability in difficult sections of the track, and in turning areas. The wheel hub is designed to not to allow the wheel to fall off in case of an emergency. The bearing assembly is designed for operating in harsh conditions on uneven surfaces and for traveling for long distances. The dolly is equipped safety elements in the corners, which provide protection against impacts, as well as light reflecting elements and an information plate.
