Description

Transportation of pallets 96 "x125", 88 "x125", and containers 2хLD1, LD2, LD3 (with separate fixation of each individual container and pallet) in the closed territories (airport). FPD-7000 pallet dolly is built on a rotating steel frame on four supports. On each support is attached 2 wheels are attached. Wheels - paired - 8pcs, gusmatic. Type 4.00-8. The front axle are swivel, rear is fixed. FPD-7000 platform size: length – 2576 mm; width – 3382 mm; Max speed : 25km/h; The frame is equipped with roller assembly with bearings - 42 pcs, diameter of each rollers - 76 mm. The height from the ground to the working surface level - 510 ± 8mm; The parking brake allows to stop the dolly, it can be enacted when the drawbar is raised at an 80 degrees angle. The towbar with a spring-loaded finger provides a strict hitching of FPD-700 while movement, and high maneuverability in difficult transportation areas. The bearing unit assembly is designed in such way to provide great maneuverability in special conditions, including long distance transportaton and on roads with uneven surfaces. In case of an bearing damage, the hub fixation design does not allow the wheel to fall off. The trolley is equipped with safety elements in the corners, providing protection from impacts, as well as reflective elements. Protective coating - main - enamel, individual parts - hot zinc. The dolly is equipped with an information plate.
