Overview The UMC-1250SS/50 is the Super-Speed variant of the 50-taper UMC-1250/50 combining large travels and a 30" platter with a 12,000-rpm, 50-taper inline spindle. It delivers faster rapids and increased trunnion speeds to reduce cycle times for 3+2 operations and simultaneous 5-axis machining of larger parts. The 50-taper spindle contact area supports longer tooling for deep-pocket work and improved access to complex geometries, making the machine suitable for heavy-duty aerospace, energy and industrial components.
