Overview
OPTARION OptaTOC by HENSOLDT is a deployable, autonomous, fully integrated ground Tactical Operations Center providing on-site command-and-control (C2) capabilities. It supports the full mission cycle from planning to real-time execution and is engineered as a complete, scalable command capability rather than a simple container.

The challenge
Fixed command infrastructure is increasingly vulnerable in modern, contested theatres. Operational superiority requires mobility, resilience, rapid redeployment and interoperability across platforms and partners to maintain command capability under dynamic threat conditions.

Our solution
OptaTOC delivers a flexible, modular ground C2 system built on Software-Defined Defence principles that separate hardware, software and data. It offers fixed-base and mobile deployment options (single- or dual-container, truck-mounted) and integrates into the operational data space to support cross-platform mission applications, multi-domain operations, real-time data fusion and AI-assisted decision-making. The system is platform-agnostic and continuously evolved from operational feedback.
