Overview
The e-CLS (Electric Container Loading System) is designed to streamline airport baggage loading operations and reduce physical strain on handlers. It is optimized for loading luggage from lateral conveyors into containers and carousels. Two main configurations are offered: with Launcher function (automatic push-in) and without Launcher (telescopic loading table).

e-CLS with launcher
The e-CLS Launcher functions as an ergonomic lifting and pushing table that eliminates manual lifting between belts and containers. Operators place bags on the table and activate a single control to push luggage smoothly into the container. An articulated arm extends access into deep or confined container corners regardless of height. The Launcher variant features a compact footprint suitable for constrained ramp and warehouse spaces and automates the final push into the container to reduce handler effort and increase throughput.

e-CLS without launcher
The e-CLS without Launcher assists loading via a telescopic table: baggage is rolled onto the table and positioned at the container aperture for manual push-in. The unit is configurable for right- or left-handed operation and can be laterally positioned to left or right depending on the installation. This variant requires the operator to perform the final push into the container after positioning.
