OverviewThe e-CUS by Lifts All is an electric container unloading system designed for airports. It provides a safe, ergonomic transfer of baggage from ULDs (containers) to the terminal baggage conveyor.
Using the e-CUSOperators position the e-CUS at the container opening using touch controls on the handles. Tilt up/down and belt operation are controlled by dedicated buttons, and the 'Start' button activates the conveyor. The moving belt creates a continuous bridge between the container and the airport baggage conveyor for fast transfer.
The unit is designed to be pushed by the operator's body weight along overhead rails, so no movement buttons are required, enabling uninterrupted handling cycles.
Advantages of the e-CUS- Lightweight construction for easy manoeuvring in aprons and ramps.
- Low profile to save aisle space when parked or in use.
- Simple controls with few buttons for rapid operator training.
- Durable design for repeated daily operations in airport environments.
Unload baggage in three secondsWith the e-CUS, a single bag can be transferred from a container (ULD) to the conveyor in approximately three seconds. This removes the need for manual lifting between container and conveyor, improving ergonomics and reducing physical strain on ground staff.
Customizable for all workplacesInstallation options include ceiling rails or floor mounting. The e-CUS can be installed beside carousels or lateral transfer systems and adapted to the types of carts or containers used on site. Lifts All offers the system in pneumatic (CUS) and electric (e-CUS) versions.
