OverviewThe Armed Black Hawk merges the lethality of an attack helicopter with the lift and flexibility of a utility platform, offering a single proven airframe that can perform every medium-category mission required for 21st Century Security®. It can be rapidly reconfigured for air mobile assault, close support fire, medical evacuation, ISR, and tactical airlift.

- Utility capability for up to 11 troops, external sling-load cargo, medical evacuation stretchers and ISR sensor packages.
- Cost advantage through lower acquisition price and reduced lifecycle expense versus comparable attack helicopters.
- Robust, long-term support with crashworthy airframe, redundant systems, and a supply chain backed by U.S. Government support beyond 2070.
