The Viking Container Dolly CD-728 is a heavy-duty container dolly designed for safe single-person operation and compliant with the latest IATA standards. It protects both operator and load to make daily ULD handling safer, smoother and more efficient.

Main operational features

• Single-person operation, reducing manpower while improving safety and control.
• Auto-stop function to minimise the risk of dropped loads: automatic wedge stops requiring no operator action during ULD onloads.
• Visual danger zone signage to improve situational awareness.
• Integrated 'Red Zone' concept providing a clear visual and physical barrier to prevent walking between trailers: raised safety plate with handle, anti-step-through barrier and perimeter blade stop.
• Red ULD lock handles activate both ULD over-finger locks and secondary ULD stops (marked in yellow).
• Pedal-operated lock-down and quick-release system for secure ULD retention.
• Offloading from one side only, eliminating the need to step across or between trailers.
