Description

Alleima® 8LR70 is an austenitic, titanium‑stabilized stainless chromium–nickel steel alloyed with molybdenum. It is supplied as round‑cornered square and round billets and is suitable for production of flanges and similar components according to relevant standards.

  • Very good impact strength at room and cryogenic temperatures; tests on bar satisfy 60 J (44 ft‑lb) at -196°C (-320°F) according to prEN13445-2 (UFPV-2) and EN 10272.
