Aluminum aircraft maintenance stands CM-AML180 provide mobile, ergonomic access for inspection, repair and ground servicing in hangars and MRO facilities. Constructed from industrial-grade aluminum alloy round and square tubes, the unit combines high structural strength with low weight for easy repositioning. Stair treads use 3.0 mm anti-slip checkered aluminum plates. Full surrounding guardrails and dual side handrails protect technicians during operations. Heavy-duty lockable swivel casters allow smooth movement and secure fixing on site. The stand supports a maximum load of 300 kg. The main frame, handrails and guardrails are detachable for compact transport and storage. A 55° stair angle reduces operator fatigue. Custom platform heights and dimensions available to suit different aircraft types.
