Aircraft engine maintenance access platforms are heavy-duty mobile aluminum access solutions designed for engine inspection, servicing and repair in hangars and on apron areas. Constructed from industrial aluminum alloy round and square tubes, the platform combines high structural rigidity with a lightweight frame for easy positioning. Stair treads use 3.0 mm anti-slip patterned aluminum plates to reduce slipping risk even with work boots.
The platform includes full perimeter guardrails and continuous side handrails for technician protection at height. Fitted with 4-inch lockable swivel casters, it can be smoothly maneuvered and securely locked in place. Rated loading capacity is 300 kg, accommodating technicians with hand tools and inspection equipment. The stable base and ergonomic stair slope reduce operator fatigue during extended shifts.
Custom platform dimensions, working heights and railing layouts are available to fit various engine models.
