The challenge
Cryptographic computers face growing cybersecurity threats, including hacking, man-in-the-middle attacks and electronic warfare tactics such as GPS spoofing and signal jamming. Secure key management is critical because compromise of encryption keys can endanger entire communication networks. Ensuring interoperability with legacy systems and coalition partners remains challenging, while tamper resistance and supply chain security are essential to prevent unauthorized access. Defence cryptographic systems must also be scalable and future-proof, complying with international security regulations such as NATO standards and ITAR controls to maintain operational secrecy.

Our solution
QRTKxNG is a family of cryptographic computers for IFF NATO Mode 4 and Mode 5 operations. QRTKxNG devices are AIMS and SECAN certified. QRTKxNG cryptographic computers can be used with a wide range of IFF host equipment such as Interrogators, Transponders and CITs, as well as IFF testers and key loaders. QRTKxNG can equip IFF sub-systems of all types of platforms: Airborne, Naval, Ground Radar Stations and Air Defence systems.
