Adding an NC-controlled chamfering and deburring station which works in parallel with hobbing turns the P90 into the advanced P90CD. The P90CD can handle any profile which can be hobbed, up to a diameter of 60 mm (100 mm on request) and module 3 mm – with short cycle times. The P90CD is the perfect solution for machining disk-type workpieces and short shafts.
