Finco Piper Pro is a geo information network system designed to view and analyse orthophotos (stitched aerial photographs of an area with geographical reference taken at a specific period of time). Finco Piper Pro allows to simultaneously upload several orthophotos of the same area taken at different dates. Due to this each user having network access is able both to perform visual analysis of locations on one orthophoto and observe changes of their estate over time. Analysis of layers of the same area taken at various time (in visual and IR-spectrum) by an interpreter allows to promptly respond to the violations detected and make decisions. High-resolution images enable to view locations in high quality with precise geographic coordinates. Finco Piper Pro software has the following functions: Marking of the orthophoto. A photo interpreter can mark any targeted point on the image by special sign with detailed description of each mark. Depending on the type of the viewed object every mark is categorized, there is a possibility to see its geographical and horizontal coordinates. The marks can be edited and deleted if required. Distance measurement. The tool ‘Scale’ allows to measure the length of the intervals or paths on the orthophoto to the accuracy of 1 m. The possibility for the targeted area to download satellite images from the popular Internet resources such as Yandex, Google, and etc. to easily orientate on the image if it is viewed in a small scale. Finco Piper Pro can be used to provide network access to photos, videos and text information.
