Product OverviewThe Aircraft Alternator Test System is a ground test bench designed to perform performance and functional testing of JF-12 type aircraft alternators and their excitation systems. The system includes a main control cabinet, power unit, DC load bank, test harnesses, the alternator under test and an alternator regulator. It allows verification of alternator output, excitation behavior, parallel operation and protective functions under controlled load and ventilation conditions.
Main Features- Designed specifically for testing JF-12 alternator and separate excitation system.
- Two cooling modes: forced ventilation (rated 10 A) and natural/spontaneous ventilation (rated 5 A).
- Stable voltage regulation, reliable parallel operation and protection against reverse current and prolonged overload; reduced radio interference during operation.
- Separate-excited configuration where the main control cabinet supplies DC excitation voltage.
- Flexible installation positions supported: horizontal, inclined and vertical.
- Includes DC load bank and test cables to simulate aircraft electrical loads and runtimes.
