Product Overview
Rulon® 945 is a black, carbon‑filled PTFE bearing material engineered for applications requiring minimal wear and deformation under load. It offers the lowest deformation among Rulon® grades, excellent chemical resistance and stable dimensions at elevated temperatures. Due to its moderate abrasiveness, Rulon® 945 is recommended for use against hard counterfaces such as hardened steel. It is not intended for applications that require electrical insulation.

Available as molded bearings and components, sleeve, flanged and thrust bearings, stamped and machined seals, extruded profiles and machined parts. Common applications: pumps, mixers, compressors, appliances, insulators, linear slides, pipe supports and wear bands. Suitable for steam, wet and dry environments.
