OverviewMeldin® Thermoplastics (Omniseal Solutions) is a family of engineered thermoplastic compounds formulated to retain mechanical strength, dimensional stability and wear resistance at elevated temperatures where conventional engineering plastics deteriorate. The series is designed for injection molding of finished components and for limited prototyping shapes.
Material Families and Series- 1000 — PPS-based compounds: chemical and thermal resistance, dimensional stability for close-clearance designs.
- 4000 — PAI-based compounds: high mechanical strength and wear resistance for metal-replacement applications requiring stiffness at temperature.
