Die sinking EDM IRIS 7

Overview
A modular die-sinking EDM designed for heavy workpieces and precision finishing. Integrated connectivity and digitization enable project simulation and reduce errors via a graphic engine that translates requirements into accurate machining strategies. The machine features a highly rigid structure in stabilized fine-grained cast iron blended with graphite, a reinforced C axis for high-moment electrodes, direct linear-scale position feedback (0.1 µm) and generator options up to 400 A. Control supports up to 8 simultaneously interpolating axes with volumetric compensation across the full workspace.
