Product DescriptionThe CB-80E-3 aircraft deicing vehicle is a next-generation, high-efficiency unit developed for airport ground operations. It complies with industry standards, has passed performance and safety tests, and is listed in the CAAC special equipment directory with formal airport applicability approval.
The vehicle integrates an intelligent control system and high-power instant heating to rapidly bring deicing/anti-icing fluids to the preset working temperature. A high-pressure spraying system delivers controlled pressure and uniform coverage to wings, fuselage and tail surfaces for effective ice and frost removal.
This equipment is suitable for routine and emergency deicing/anti-icing at commercial airports, airline operation bases and MRO facilities. It can also support exterior washing, inspections and maintenance tasks.

FAQ- Q1: What is an aircraft de-icing vehicle? A: A specialized airport ground support vehicle with a hydraulic telescopic boom and operator cabin that sprays deicing/anti-icing fluid to remove ice, snow and frost and prevent re-freezing prior to flight.
- Q2: What fluids can this de-icing truck use? A: Supports Type I, Type II and Type IV deicing/anti-icing fluids; the system heats fluids to the required operating temperature for efficient ice removal.
- Q3: What aircraft types is this de-icing vehicle compatible with? A: Serves narrow-body types such as B737 and A320 and most wide-body aircraft; the long-reach boom provides access to wings, fuselage and tail surfaces.
- Q4: What are the key safety features? A: Hydraulic boom overload protection, emergency stop, anti-collision sensors, operator interlocks, fluid leak monitoring and an insulated operator cabin with clear visibility.
- Q5: What is the working temperature range? A: Designed for cold-climate operations; the heating system maintains stable output temperature for normal deicing tasks at low ambient temperatures.
