Vertical automated carousel for rolls and bobbins: rotating storage system designed for automatic storage and handling of rolls and bobbins, suitable for flexible floor coverings, technical materials and packaging/wrapping rolls.

Storage method
Rolls or bobbins are stored on the correct axle matching the inner diameter. Use a load calculation to determine the right axle diameter to prevent flexion. Material may be pulled from the roll mounted on the carousel by a fabric cutting or inspection machine or placed on a table for end-cutting and quilting. The axle position is adjustable on the drive chain for stock optimisation. Available in single-loop and multi-loop configurations depending on cumulative load.
