Description

Overview
Vertical tyre carousel systems provide dense, organised storage for wheels and tyres in industrial environments. This automatic tyre rack optimises floor and overhead space while ensuring quick, ergonomic access to each tyre. Multiple configurations are available to adapt to tyre dimensions and site constraints.

Storage method
The vertical carousel is built from racks in standard or bespoke lengths. Total capacity depends on tyre width and carousel height/length. Models typically store 100–300 tyres depending on average tyre width. Installation can be wall-mounted, back-to-back or free-standing with dual access and can feed mezzanines via a load-lift version.

Loading and unloading
Manual loading/unloading at an ergonomic picking height. Standard control is press-and-hold to position the desired rack; bi-directional rotation and location code entry enable rapid retrieval. Can be adapted for mechanised loading where required.

User interface and control
Control modes include press-and-hold, maintained action, automated sequences or PLC control. Touchscreen control is available as an option. System supports location code entry and simple push-button operation for quick access.
