Product
Modular vertical carousel storage system designed for aluminium and PVC profiles, tubes and similar long, slender goods. Configurable rack lengths and guide options to match product dimensions.

Applications
Storage and order-picking of profiles, tubes and long extrusions in industrial warehouses, metalworking shops and fabrication lines. Suitable for heavy and bulky linear items when arranged on dedicated trays or guides.

Storage method
Items are manually stacked into the selected tray or rack. Racks can include continuous vertical guides or be fully enclosed along their length to protect stored goods and improve stability.

Loading / unloading
Manual loading and unloading at an ergonomic picking height. System is not compatible with overhead crane loading; designed for hand or workstation-assisted handling.

Control & operation
Standard control: press-and-hold button to rotate to the requested tray; bi-directional rotation. Optional controls: forward/reverse push buttons, location code entry, touchscreen interface. Can operate in maintained action or be integrated with PLC automation.

Integration & stock management
Reduces stocktaking time and improves accessibility. Can be integrated with ERP and WMS systems for inventory tracking and order management.
